Prices
All prices in the online shop include value added tax. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.
Payment methods
Payments are handled by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Available payment methods are online bank payments, cards, and MobilePay. Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7, Lutakonaukio 7, 40100 Jyväskylä) acts as the payment intermediary.
Delivery time
We normally pack and dispatch in-stock products within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. We deliver the products without undue delay and no later than 30 days from confirmation of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order. For Posti shipments, you can track the parcel at posti.fi.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14you may use the online shop's withdrawal function at /withdrawal or inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).
A statutory exception applies to sealed audio recordings (CDs and LP records): the right of withdrawal lapses if you break the seal of the product after delivery. An unopened product can be returned normally. The ordinary 14-day right applies to books.
If you withdraw from the contract, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods (return postage). We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offer, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned them. The reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as the original transaction.

Liability for defects
Liability for product defects is governed by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective, you have statutory rights (including repair of the defect, a replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase). Contact us and we will resolve the matter.

Dispute resolution
Disputes are primarily resolved by contacting our customer service. If a dispute cannot be settled, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta).
Retention of receipts
We retain the receipts relating to orders for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act (receipts 6 years, accounting records and financial statements 10 years).
