Withdraw your order

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14you may use the online shop's withdrawal function at /withdrawal or inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

A statutory exception applies to sealed audio recordings (CDs and LP records): the right of withdrawal lapses if you break the seal of the product after delivery. An unopened product can be returned normally. The ordinary 14-day right applies to books.

If you withdraw from the contract, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods (return postage). We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offer, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned them. The reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
